(4)If the item you have received does not satisfy you, you can require for returning, replacement or changing, but you have to bear the charges cause by this shipment ( shipping fee 31SAR , COD handling charge 19SAR, 5% VAT of selling price, return charges 36SAR and transfer commission of bank 16SAR)

Most returns can be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Considering 3-5 days for delivery, we may need 10-15 days to confirm your returned items. Returning shipping charges are free for the damaged product you received, but not including the returned item caused by your personal preference.
